**If you want to volunteer your time this season, you MUST complete the CAPS background check. You can do this at the high school office. They are currently on vacation, but will be back Monday – Thursdays starting July 19th. Please contact them at 997-3500 for available hours.
If you have not yet filled out the band commitment form for the 2021-22 school year, please do it now. The show is beginning to be written and an accurate count is essential. Our drumline/pit instructor, Mark Lopez, has confirmed the following availability for drumline/pit rehearsals. The dates and times are:
July 12th Workshop
July 19th Workshop
July 26th Workshop and Placement
All three dates are from 9am-12pm at the high school band room
Percussionists should plan on attending all three dates. If there is a conflict or you are out of town please let Mark Lopez know at malletlogic@gmail.com so he can plan accordingly.
If you are interested in auditioning for a spot and are not a percussionist you should also plan on attending all three days. Space will be limited however.
We are going to push back the start time of the concert by 15 minutes. The new start time will be 7:15 This will help us to accommodate some of our student athletes. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
