Meeting called to order at 6:07 pm

Reports

• February meeting minutes-motioned made and approved by Beth M, and Keli N
• Financial- Keli N.
  • Last trip payment upcoming- no invoice yet from Bennett Travel.
  • Chocolate Sale bills- a few more paid. Bills going out end of March. Middle School ok’ed for bills. 5th grade- Beth M to mail bills.
  • Bank statement reviewed and approved.- motion carried to approval by Karen P and Amy K.
• Fundraisers- reminders in newsletter. All fundraisers to be cleared thru Lisa Adams/ Administration.
  • Family Fare receipts-Beth M, Karen P
    • $150,000 Goal accomplished. Multiple messages left for store director. Beth and Karen to go in person to store.
    • Check ceremony/ Observer article- to include students.
  • SCRIP- Amy K
    • Nothing to report.
  • Buffalo Wild Wings- Amy K
    • rescheduled to April 14 due to snow day, flier to be sent. $$ to general fund.

Vice President/ Uniform Committee

• Nothing to report.

Band Director’s Report

• 8th grade State Band Festival- Big Rapids- date TBD.
• NYC trip-
  • Parent meeting- April 9th, 7:00p, Auditorium
  • Chaperone meeting- April 16th, 7:00p, High School Band Room

New Business

• Feb/March 2019 calendar reviewed.
  • NYC meetings to be added.

Old Business

• Olivia S- Directors still trying to obtain senior pics from banquet.
• Fundraiser Swag Sale- Amy K.
  • BSN.com- logo placement approved.
  • Sale- 3/18-3/25. Delivery- after spring break to school.
• Group Senior photo at spring concert.
  • Bios to be sent by directors.

Next meeting- April 8 @ 6pm in High School room 136.
