Band Directors

Greg: NY trip is public info now. Promote SCRIP to parents – best way to fundraise for the trip. $980 (rough estimate) for the NY trip. Dates are not set yet due to AP tests…but will happen around the end of April.
JazZ band is going to Hastings to play at the library next Friday (JazzFest). Are we going to sponsor/help pay for the lunch? Band will cover a certain amount for lunch – kids responsible for anything above.
Melissa motioned we pay for the meals and Christine seconded it.

New Business

New Member potentials?

Swag table/flowers for spring concert? Yes for MS, No for HS.

Memorial Day Parade – Amy will put on Signup Genius for volunteers and cookies to be served after parade.  Will give 8th graders shirts, if enrolled in band, will be getting their shirt early.

Thank you and volunteer of the year plaques have been ordered, will have for May’s concert.

It looks like there will be four students getting the camp scholarship.
