Band Camp Starts Tomorrow!
Band Camp starts tomorrow, and we can’t wait to get started!
Schedule
- August 1-5
- 9:00-4:00
Here are a few last things to help Monday morning go smoothly.
Plan on meeting on our practice field behind the band room where you will check in at the check-in table.
- Your section will be holding a sign directing you where to go
- In the event of rain, we will start in the auditorium. Your section will still have a sign on where to go
Items to bring with you:
- Sunblock
- Water Bottles (Water Bootles must be kept outside during rehearsals) – Please make sure your name is on it.
- Sunglasses (optional)
- Hat (optional)
- Tennis Shoes (no sandals). This is essential for good marching!
- Instrument and Lyre
- Pencil (Highlighters optional)
- A great attitude that is ready to dive in and work together
- Hawaiian Day Theme is Monday!

Uniforms
- Fitting for both marching and concert uniforms
- If you can not make your scheduled time communicate by texting Mrs. Sprague 616-502-1426
- Bring both your marching shoes (if you have them) and your concert shoes!

- Shoe orders will be delivered to the school before the first game!
Band Fees (separate from shoes)
$10 – uniform black band t-shirt (freshmen and new members)
$50 – band fee

- Band boosters will also be collecting money in the mornings of camp
- Please make checks out to “Coopersville Bronco Band Boosters”
- Families with more than 2 students in band will only be charged 1 fee of $100

WEDNESDAY: “White” Lies – will be explained in more detail at camp
The shirt does not have to be white – students can tape a sign to their shirt
