2019 – 2020 Background Checks

These need to be completed NOW so volunteers can be ready! We will need help during summer camp and throughout the school year at every CAPS school, so please turn these in before the end of the school year. You can get the form from any CAPS school main office and turn it back in to them. It only takes a second! Thank you!!!

SUMMER CAMP SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION DEADLINE is Wednesday, May 15th.  

  • The band boosters will give up to 20% of the camp fee. Please note that camp scholarships are not a guarantee and will depend on funds available.  To submit your application online, please go https://coopersvillebands.org/summercampscholarship/. Send camp receipt to president@coopersvillebands.org.

FAMILY FARE RECEIPTS!  Keep bringing them in!  

OVERDUE PAYMENT UPDATE:  If you have not paid for last summer’s camp, dry cleaning and/or chocolate bars, you will now be billed through the school. If your student had funds in their account, your fees will have been taken out of that.  If a partial payment can only be made through your account, the rest will be billed through the school. BOOSTER MEETING:  Band Booster’s next meeting is Monday, May 13th at 6pm.  It will be held at the Middle School Room 121 (it’s located between the 6th & 7th grade hallway.)  We are in need of a secretary for teh 1019 / 2020 school year. If you are interested, please let Amy know by Monday, May 13th (president@coopersvillebands.org)

SCRIP PHYSICAL CARDS:  SCRIP Physical Card order will be made Monday, May 13th by 9am.

*If you still owe for last summer’s band camp ($55), dry cleaning ($25) and chocolate bars ($60), please send them in by Tuesday, May 7th or you will be billed through the school. We have over 70 students that still owe for one or more of the above, so please check with your student or email Beth (treasurer@coopersvillebands.org).

Band Swag Update!

Unfortunately, the screenprint items have been delayed, so we will not be getting those shipped til May 6th. The embroidered items are complete and I did ask for those to be shipped asap, so hopefully we will get them in midweek next week. Any questions please contact Amy. president@coooersvillebands.org.
