We will need help during summer camp and throughout the school year at every CAPS school, so please turn these in before the end of the school year. SUMMER CAMP SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION DEADLINE is Wednesday, May 15th.
The band boosters will give up to 20% of the camp fee. Please note that camp scholarships are not a guarantee and will depend on funds available. To submit your application online, please go https://coopersvillebands.org/summercampscholarship/. Send camp receipt to president@coopersvillebands.org.

OVERDUE PAYMENT UPDATE: If you have not paid for last summer’s camp, dry cleaning and/or chocolate bars, you will now be billed through the school. If your student had funds in their account, your fees will have been taken out of that. If a partial payment can only be made through your account, the rest will be billed through the school. BOOSTER MEETING: Band Booster’s next meeting is Monday, May 13th at 6pm. It will be held at the Middle School Room 121 (it’s located between the 6th & 7th grade hallway.) SCRIP PHYSICAL CARDS: SCRIP Physical Card order will be made Monday, May 13th by 9am.

Unfortunately, the screenprint items have been delayed, so we will not be getting those shipped til May 6th.
