BSN Band Swag Update

Good news!  I received an email from BSN tonight and the Art Department has started printing our order.  They said they would send it out as soon as possible.  I’ll let you know when I get a notified of the shipment.

I just wanted to give you a quick update on your order.  I called BSN last Thursday and the lady I spoke with told me she was going to get a message to Ashley since she is the one that was handling the reorder.  I called Ashley back again yesterday to see status because I didn’t get a return phone call.  At that time, I was advised that Ashley no longer worked there.  She then contacted the art department and they said they were waiting on one sweatshirt before they could print.  I understand that it is screen print and it will cost additional money to do just one shirt, but I asked if they could do it anyway since we have been waiting a long time and they haven’t been communicating with me at all on the status.  She said she would ask the Art Department to start the order asap without the one sweatshirt.  I will call again at the end of the week.  Again, I apologize for all of this.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.  president@coopersvillebands.org.  Amy

6 – SCRIP Physical Order Form Due by 9am
13 – Committee Meeting @ 5pm @ Middle School Room C121 (pick up SCRIP cards @ meeting).

We have reached another $150,000 in Family Fare receipts, which means we will be getting another $1,000 donated to Coopersville Bands!! Thank you to everyone that have sent in receipts, Beth M for counting them all and East Elementary for their donation!

KEEP SENDING THEM IN!! LET’S SEE IF WE CAN DO IT AGAIN!!

BSN Sports Band Swag is in!

The good news is the band swag from BSN Sports came in. The bad news is the screen print items were not done correctly so they will not be distributed. They are going to redo all the screen prints, but we may not get them in til after break.
 
I have contacted everyone that ordered a screen print. Unfortunately, it was only a few that gave their phone number and email address on the order, so hopefully the rest will see this.
 
If you ordered anything embroidered, it can be picked up by your student during band class soon.
