Chocolate Sales!

Chocolate bar sales are going great!  Thank you to everyone who has sold chocolate, and have given their time to counting money and giving out more chocolate.  This fundraiser would not be a success without you!  Also thank you to those that have sent in checks or large bills.  The volunteers appreciate not spending time counting coins that hold up the line of students and it makes the accounting easier.

If you have not sold your box of chocolate, and don’t think you will, please turn in your money and chocolate as soon as possible.  We have eager students that want to sell more and we are starting to run out of boxes.  Thank you!

If you have any questions or concerns… president@coopersvillebands.org or treasurer@coopersvillebands.org.

New York Trip 1st Payment Due Date

The first payment for the New York band trip was today, but since we did not have band today, we are extending it to Monday, October 1st. Please have the money in a band envelope and place it in the black box in the band room!  Thank you!
