Band Booster Update & Important Information

  1. CHOCOLATE SALES:  ALL money and chocolate are due Monday / Tuesday (October 8th and 9th)!
  2. BAND CAMP FEES:   If you haven’t paid the band camp fee of $55, please so do asap!  If you are unsure if you did, please contact Beth.  treasurer@coopersvillebands.org.
  3. BUFFALO WILD WINGS:  We generated $1,387.97 in sales at our Buffalo Wild Wings fundraiser which means we were able to raise $277.59 for the Band Boosters!  Thank you to all who participated.
  4. HUNGRY HOWIES COUPONS:  Coupons were handed out last week.  Please check to make sure it is accurate.  If your student has not received them yet, please check with the directors first.  If they are not located in the classroom, please contact Amy.  president@coopersvillebands.org.
  5. SCRIP:  Physical Card order is due by TOMORROW @ 9am (Oct. 8).  scrip@coopersvillebands.org
  6. HOMECOMING:  We are planning to set up a table at the homecoming game to sell our cool band t-shirts, rally towels, yard signs, stickers, etc.  We need volunteers to help run this table.  A signup will be sent out soon.
  7. PANERA BREAD ALPINE FUNDRAISER:  SAVE THE DATE.  Saturday, October 27 from 4p – 8p Band Boosters will receive 20% profit of all sales with a flyer.  We need to have at least $100 in sales.  A flyer will be handed out when the date gets closer.
  8. SILENT AUCTION/AUDITORIUM SHOW:  Raise funds for your high school student’s trip to New York the night of the auditorium show and banquet on October 20.  Whatever the student donates, the money raised from those item(s) will go directly to your students trip fund. Ideas include: baked goods, movie basket, garden produce, homemade items, certificate for a service (babysitting, auto detailing), etc. More details to follow on drop off times and location(s) of items.
  9. OCTOBER BOOSTER MEETING:  Our next Booster meeting is tomorrow (Oct 8) @ 6pm in the Middle School Choir Room.  We hope to see you there!

Chaperone Interest Form for NYC Trip

This purpose of this form is to gather information about parents who would be interested in being a chaperone for the New York trip and are ready to make the first deposit.

This form DOES NOT guarantee you a position as a chaperone as we will more than likely need to use a lottery system.

By submitting the form you agree that you have already completed an iChat form and will adhere to the chaperone guidelines submitted by the district, directors and travel company.
