7th & 8th Grade Band Festival Preview Concert

8th grade students are invited to play with the HS band during pep band games.

HIGH SCHOOL BANDS

-$25 for dry cleaning was due today. Please pay as soon as possible.

Jazz Weekend @ CMU

-Date: February 1st @ Central Michigan University – Bovee University Center
-Time: 11:00am performance
-Bus leaves at 7:00am

High School Solo Ensemble

-DATE: February 9th @ Muskegon Oakridge High School
–Performance times will be announced next week!

High School Symphonic Band & Wind Ensemble Festival Preview Concert

• TIME CHANGE – Monday, February 11th → 8:00 pm

• Report time: 7:15pm

Pep Band

Tonight – Friday 1/18/19 → Report time 5:00pm
–> Both Boys and Girls Varsity Games

• $25 Drycleaning bill is due Friday, January 18th. You can send a check made out to the Coopersville Band Boosters to the school and have your child put it in the black box. If payments are not made by then, you will be billed through the school.  Remember if your child has done any fundraising towards band, you can use that or if you need help from the Boosters, please fill out the form located at www.coopersvilleband.org, BAND BOOSTERS, Bronco Heartship Fund.  You can find out what your student has from fundraising by contacting Beth at treasurer@coopersvillebands.org.

CONGRATULATIONS to the middle school and high school students that performed this past Wednesday at the District 7 Honors Band. You represented the school district and band program with exemplary behavior and musicianship

NEXT BOOSTER MEETING THIS Monday, January 14th at 6pm in the High School Choir room.

HIGH SCHOOL BANDS

High School Solo Ensemble
–> Piano accompanists have been assigned and contact information has been sent out.
       –> Check you email. It is YOUR responsibility to arrange practices.

As first mentioned by the band boosters in December this years uniform cleaning fee of $25 is due Friday, Feb 18th.

Our next band physical card order is Monday, January 14th at 9am!

Last payment date for the New York trip is Thursday, February 14th! You can continue to use Band SCRIP to earn your student funds for BAND only items (dry cleaning, shoes, tshirts, band trips, etc) but remember, there isn’t a cash out option for these funds.

The school also has a SCRIP program for raising funds for your student’s college fund. If you’re interested in signing up for that one, send an email to CAPScrip@gmail.com.
