If you want to order SCRIP for this event and want to use those funds for the New York trip, you need to order ScripNow or ReloadNow BEFORE February 12th (physical cards need to be ordered BEFORE February 11th by 9am).

NEW YORK FINAL PAYMENT:   The final payment has been moved to Wednesday, February 20th due to the cancellations of school.  Do not feel you have to wait til the 20th, we will accept payment anytime before then! We need to be able to pay the travel company asap.

Final New York SCRIP rebate calculations will be available Wednesday, February 13th.

SCRIP – Next physical card order is due by Monday, February 11th by 9am.

SENIORS (and parents) – we would like the Seniors to stay on stage after Monday’s pre-festival concert so we can get a group photo. Parents, bring your cameras!

Final New York SCRIP rebate calculations will be available Wednesday, February 13th. Please contact treasurer@coopersvillebands.org to get your student’s total.
