Parents and Students –

We will be having a New York Trip meeting on April 9th for students going on the New York Trip.  We will be covering the final itinerary and going over the necessary paperwork including medical records.  Everyone student going on the trip will need to fill out medical paperwork.  If there is anything additional we need to know, please be ready with that medical information as well.  Students will not be able to board the bus until all of the completed paperwork is completed and signed.  We will also be discussing chaperone groups, rooming assignments and check in procedure in cooperation with the Ottawa County Sheriff Department to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. 

Parents – This is a mandatory meeting so if you can not attend that evening please plan on sending someone to represent you so you can complete the needed paperwork.

We will hold the meeting in the Centerstage Theatre at 7:00

This sale is open for all 5th graders through high school! Make sure you ask your family!

You cannot use student accounts for purchase or reimbursement.

Orders will be delivered to your student’s classroom the week of April 22.  If time frame changes we’ll let you know.

The shop is real time inventory, meaning that you will not be able to order anything that is out of stock. Please keep in mind that stock fluctuates on a daily basis, so there is a chance an item will show available now and be out of stock once the shop closes. BSN will check all inventory once the shop closes and reach out to anyone who might have ordered an item that is out of stock.

Students seeking to enrich their music talents at summer camp can apply for a Coopersville Band Booster scholarship. This scholarship may be used for, but not limited to Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, Blue Lake International Exchange Program, Knollcrest Music Camp or any other Band Booster approved band camp. The band boosters will give up to 20% of the camp fee. Please note that camp scholarships are not a guarantee and will depend on funds available.
