BAND BOOSTER MEETING! Monday, April 8, High School Room #136, Exterior Door C, 6pm.

SCRIP PHYSICAL CARDS.  Monday, April 8 by 9am the order will be submitted.

SUMMER CAMP SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION DEADLINE is Wednesday, May 15th.  The band boosters will give up to 20% of the camp fee. Parent and Student New York Trip Meeting

Parents and Students –

We will be having a New York Trip meeting on April 9th for students going on the New York Trip.  We will be covering the final itinerary and going over the necessary paperwork including medical records.  Everyone student going on the trip will need to fill out medical paperwork.  If there is anything additional we need to know, please be ready with that medical information as well.  Students will not be able to board the bus until all of the completed paperwork is completed and signed.  We will also be discussing chaperone groups, rooming assignments and check in procedure in cooperation with the Ottawa County Sheriff Department to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. 

Parents – This is a mandatory meeting so if you can not attend that evening please plan on sending someone to represent you so you can complete the needed paperwork.

We will hold the meeting in the Centerstage Theatre at 7:00
