SUMMER CAMP SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION DEADLINE is Wednesday, May 15th.  

  • The band boosters will give up to 20% of the camp fee. Please note that camp scholarships are not a guarantee and will depend on funds available.  To submit your application online, please go https://coopersvillebands.org/summercampscholarship/. Send camp receipt to president@coopersvillebands.org.

FAMILY FARE RECEIPTS!  Keep bringing them in!  

OVERDUE PAYMENT UPDATE:  If you have not paid for last summer’s camp, dry cleaning and/or chocolate bars, you will now be billed through the school. If your student had funds in their account, your fees will have been taken out of that.  If a partial payment can only be made through your account, the rest will be billed through the school. I you have any questions, please email Beth (treasurer@coopersvillebands.org).

BOOSTER MEETING:  Band Booster’s next meeting is Monday, May 13th at 6pm.  It will be held at the Middle School Room 121 (it’s located between the 6th & 7th grade hallway.)  We are in need of a secretary for teh 1019 / 2020 school year. If you are interested, please let Amy know by Monday, May 13th (president@coopersvillebands.org)

SCRIP PHYSICAL CARDS:  SCRIP Physical Card order will be made Monday, May 13th by 9am.

*If you still owe for last summer’s band camp ($55), dry cleaning ($25) and chocolate bars ($60), please send them in by Tuesday, May 7th or you will be billed through the school. We have over 70 students that still owe for one or more of the above, so please check with your student or email Beth (treasurer@coopersvillebands.org).

Upload Your New York Photos to Share!

We would like create a large photo album to share all of wonderful experiences in New York City.  To do this, I created an Google Photos site to upload all of our photos to share. Feel free to upload your full resolution photo since we do have unlimited space.  

To upload your photos to share please do the following steps

1. Go to https://photos.app.goo.gl/TLjFoPyQjos7nJ5x8

2. You must use a Google Account and Join the photo group.

3. Click the add to Album icon to upload you photos
