**If you want to volunteer your time, you MUST complete a background check. You can do this at the Administration Office. Office hours are Monday – Thursdays 8am – 2pm.

Chaperones Needed for Marching Festival

Wednesday, October 12th – MSBOA Marching Festival Itinerary

3:30 pm – Band Room Open

– Clothes to wear under uniform, black band t-shirt, tall black socks (you can dress in layers for warmth, but not too bulky!)

– Change into uniform

– Pizza (Thank You Band Boosters!)

4:00 pm – Load the Trailer

4:30 pm – Bus Departure

5:10 pm – Arrive at Mona Shores High School

6:15 pm – Warm-Up

6:45 pm – Travel Time

7:00 pm – Perform Monopoly

7:15 pm – Watch Bands

8:15 pm – Awards

8:40 pm – Departure

9:20 pm – Arrive at Coopersville High School

There will be concessions available at the festival.  Gate fee for the festival is $5.00 per person

Saturday, October 15th – Auditorium Show

3:00 pm – Band Room Open

3:15 pm – Change into Uniform

3:45 pm – Set Staging for Show Entrance

4:00 pm – Auditorium Show Begins

5:15 pm – Show Ends (Approx)

We need your help to make the games a success. Please sign up for the October 7th game. 

We are looking for a couple Middle School parents to help run the swag table during the game so those parents with High School kids in the band don’t have to miss their kids playing before the game and at half time.
