I just wanted to give you a quick update on your order. I called BSN last Thursday and the lady I spoke with told me she was going to get a message to Ashley since she is the one that was handling the reorder. I called Ashley back again yesterday to see status because I didn’t get a return phone call. At that time, I was advised that Ashley no longer worked there. She then contacted the art department and they said they were waiting on one sweatshirt before they could print. I understand that it is screen print and it will cost additional money to do just one shirt, but I asked if they could do it anyway since we have been waiting a long time and they haven’t been communicating with me at all on the status. She said she would ask the Art Department to start the order asap without the one sweatshirt. I will call again at the end of the week. Again, I apologize for all of this.
