As you know, band can get really busy, and it can be easy to miss questions you may have.  I am definitely guilty of this.

Today I am thinking about one student in particular.  This person would push back if I didn’t answer their question.  Sometimes, when we get really busy, I tend to just keep moving forward, but no matter what, this student wanted answers and, more importantly, wanted to be able to do things correctly.

I really respect that, even when I don’t always feel like we have the time.

Don’t let anyone, even me, stop you from learning.  If there is something holding you back or you have questions you want answered, keep asking until you get the information you need.  Wanting to learn and wanting to do your work correctly are good things.

Never let anyone or anything stop you on your journey for knowledge and growth.
