Our show arrangements are coming along nicely! I am currently formatting the parts and preparing them for upload. I will send out a link as soon as they are ready.
While part assignments aren’t finalized yet, many of you likely have a good idea of your placement. Please note that incoming freshmen will be assigned to 2nd or 3rd parts.

Important Dates
Band Camp
- August 3-7 | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Attendance is required for all high school band students.
Freshmen Camp
- July 29 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- For all incoming 9th graders and the Leadership Team.
Leadership Team Training
- July 29 | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Drumline Rehearsals
Location: High School Band Room
- July 21 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- July 22 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- July 23 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Drumline Pre-Camp)
Band Fees
Fees help cover our dedicated staff and essential camp expenses. We want every student to participate; please reach out if financial concerns are an issue, as no student will be turned away.
- $75: General Band Fee
- $10: Uniform Black Band T-shirt (for freshmen and new members)
- $3: Gloves
- Family Cap: Families with two or more students pay a maximum of $125 total.
Great news: Lunch will be provided for all students this year!

Note: Marching shoes are required. A link to the storefront will be shared soon.
Uniform Fitting
Students will be fitted for both marching and concert uniforms before and after camp. We will provide a detailed schedule later this summer.
