Things to Prepare for Camp Next Week – Booster Updates – Uniform Fitting Times
Camp Times: Aug 2 – Aug 6 – 9:00 – 4:00
Report Location on the First Day: We will begin outside on our field in the back of the high school. Check in to the table by the band room door. We are not opening the building until after uniform fittings are over. Plan on keeping everything outside to begin. Items you may have in you locker can be accessed during our first break.
Hydration – The best way to stay hydrated is to drink plenty of water the night before.Stay hydrated during the day by bringing your own water bottle.
Lunch – Please make sure to bring a lunch for each day of camp.We will have closed campus and will not be leaving during lunch.
Bring – Sunblock, Water Bottle and Athletic (tennis) shoes.No flip flops or sandals.
Music – We are creating a Marching Band Google Classroom for Music and Drill. You will still receive printed copies at camp.
Uniform Fitting

Where to Go and What You Need for Freshmen Day and Leadership Team
I wanted to give a couple updates on where freshmen and leadership should go on Wednesday. Here is some details so you will be ready!
– Report to the Marching Band Field in back of the school
– Leadership Team members will line up at the front of the yard lines. One member per yard line. Please be early so the freshmen will know where to go.
– Freshmen should sit or stand behind any leadership team member on a yard line.
– Leadership team members will welcome and greet our freshmen as they come in!
– Bring water and sunscreen and dress light to stay cool. Drinking water the night before is helpful!
– Bring your instrument but we will only be using it to demonstrate how to hold it. We won’t actually be playing them.
Leadership Team meeting will start at 12:00. We will have pizza for the team.
